Since November 2004, the Bucknell University Environmental Center has sought to provide a venue for interdisciplinary teaching, research, and outreach related to environmental affairs. Our Mission
The Bucknell University Environmental Center seeks to integrate perspectives from the natural and social sciences, humanities, and engineering to enhance faculty, staff, student, and community understanding of complex contemporary environmental issues and of the interaction between nature and human beings in traditions throughout the ages. The center supports faculty, staff, and students dedicated to environmental and nature-related learning, teaching, scholarship, service, and action at local, regional, national, and international levels.
