Professor Hill's new composition in world premiere

LEWISBURG, Pa. - Jackson Hill, professor of music at Bucknell, was interviewed by WVIA-FM ArtScene host Erika Funke about the world premiere of a new work called, "Summer Dreams."

"Summer Dreams" is the final piece in Hill's cycle of compositions for vocal ensemble that are settings of ancient Japanese poetry about the changing seasons. The work was scheduled to be premiered by The Lyric Consort in Scranton, Pa., on April 13.
