Book Collection

Bertrand Library has an extensive collection of books, totaling more than a half million volumes. The collection is designed primarily to support the university's curriculum.

There is also a small paperback collection located on the library's main level for recreational reading.

Use the library catalog to search by author, title, subject, or keyword for books and other materials in the library's collection. To find complete location and bibliographic details for an item, select the Details button. The Details screen will give you the call number and floor location for each item. Once you're on the correct floor of the library, use the guide cards attached to the shelving with the call number ranges to find the shelf where your item is located.
