The Plan for Bucknell

Bucknell University gratefully acknowledges the Andrew W.Mellon Foundation for its grant to ensure broad and active participation in the strategic planning process by all of the University’s stakeholders. Mellon funds were used for outside consultants to conduct focus groups among all our major constituent groups, and to underwrite the costs to print and distribute copies of draft planning documents to all members of the community.

The University also acknowledges the encouragement, support, and good counsel provided by the Board of Trustees, the Alumni Board, the Parents Board, the Faculty Council, the Bucknell Student Government, the Administrative Forum, the Support Staff Forum, and many others representing Bucknell’s diverse stakeholder community.

Crawford, for her leadership and counsel as Chair of the Board of Trustees; President Brian C.Mitchell for his leadership and direction of the planning process; Provost Mary A.
