Strategy Implementation podcast now available

LEWISBURG, Pa. -- Ed Loftus began his duties as Bucknell University's director of the Office of Strategy Implementation on Oct. 1.

In a podcast interview, recorded Oct. 11 and posted online Oct. 16, Loftus talked about The Plan for Bucknell, his experience in project management, and his thoughts on process and communication in implementing The Plan's tactics.
