What is LaundryView?
LaundryView is a web site that allows you to view the status and availability of laundry rooms on campus. Using LandryView you can see how many machines are available, how much time is left in a cycle, and whether any machines are out of order.
Why do I need to need to create an account?
- Receive email alerts about machine availabilty
- When a specific machine has finished the cycle
- When a machine is available in the room, if all are busy
- View the status of machines when you are not on the Bucknell network
- Set up a default location
How do I create an account in LaundryView
- Click on Login in the upper right corner
- Under the Not Registered Yet? header, click on the Register today link
- Enter the required information
- Click Submit Registration
Do I need to login everytime I visit LaundryView?
No. When on the Bucknell network, your browser will automatically be directed to the Bucknell acccount.
You only need to login when you are off campus or using a computer that is not connected to the Bucknell network.
What do numbers on the right side of the laundry view home screen mean?
This is the number of machines that are available in a laundry room.
What does Laundry Room Offline mean?
This does not mean that the machines are not working. It means that there is a communication error between the machines and LaundryView. Report the problem to the Card Services Office.
