  • MULTICULTURAL MOVEMENT MONDAYS: Learn more about different cultures represented here at Bucknell University through dance! Each featured dance will be taught by a native or expert of that particular cultural dance. Participants will have the opportunity to learn the dance(s) and more about the culture through movement.

FEBRUARY:  

  • AQUA JOGGING: Mondays, February 2, 9, &16 @ 7p
    Are you looking for an alternative to your workouts? Come out and try this class! All levels of activity are welcomed.
  • BOSU BLAST: Tuesdays and Thursday, February 3 – March 5 @ 12p, Aerobics Studio, KLARC.
    Improve your balance, core stability utilizing the BOSU in place of a step while toning all major muscle groups! Short intervals of cardio will be interspersed throughout this 45 minute workout!
  • QIGONG: Thursdays, February 12, 19 & 26 @ 12p in McDonnell Hall Main Lounge.
    Gentle movement, breathing techniques, and meditation that cultivates one’s vital energy or qi. Learn principles and practices of Qigong including relaxation and centering, breathing exercises, stretching, standing meditation, more active movements, and self-massage!
