Marcia K. Hoffman, Executive Director of Human Resources

 

Manages a comprehensive human resources program that supports the University's mission and strategic priorities. Offers individual and departmental employee relations consultations, and serves as the University liaison with outside search firms, HERC, and the regional Recruitment Coalition. Staffs the Administrative (APC) and Support Staff (SSPC) Personnel Committees, and convenes the Roundtable.

Cindy Bilger, Director of HRIS & Benefits

 

Provides oversight and technical support for the Banner HR system, and the University's employee benefit programs, including wellness efforts. Responds to internal and external data requests. Serves as the HR liaison with Academic Affairs, Library and Information Technology, and the Finance Office. Supervises the Benefits and HRIS Specialists.

Gene Crawford, Director of Compensation & Employment Services

 

Oversees compensation and employment services for faculty and staff, including compensation analysis, salary planning and administration, the annual merit process, and performance counseling. Provides employee relations and dual career support, and is responsible for maintaining the university's staff compensation structure and administration.

Kelley Adams-Verge, Benefit and Wellness Manager

 

Leads the university's wellness initiative for faculty and staff. Manages the health, dental, vision, and life insurance plans; the flexible spending account benefit; COBRA; tuition benefit programs; and new faculty and staff orientations (Getting to Know Bucknell). Serves as the University's Tuition Exchange officer. Conducts leave counseling and exit interviews.

Lisa Adams-Verge, Training & Organizational Development Consultant

 

Leads the needs assessment, planning, and implementation of staff learning and development programs. Manages the University's performance management program, and provides ongoing training to managers and individual contributors. Provides organizational development consulting to managers and staff.

Trish Haire, Recruitment Consultant

 

Provides recruitment, selection, employee relations, and dual career support to all University departments, providing assistance with Jobs@Bucknell. Responsible for the University Staff Handbook and oversees the recruitment budget and expenses. Serves on the University Safety Committee and manages the Workers' Compensation program.

Manages the TIAA-CREF and Hartford retirement plans, the Family and Medical Leave (FMLA), and Sick Time Transfer Programs. Offers department & web time entry set-up and training. Enters all HR Banner transactions, and assists with records management.
