LEWISBURG, Pa. -- Bucknell claimed its 14th Patriot League Presidents' Cup in 18 years, won five Patriot League titles, had four student-athletes earn Patriot League Scholar Athlete of the Year plaudits and saw 13 Bison showered with Academic All-District honors in 2007-08.

In one of the most improbable finishes in Bucknell basketball annals, senior guard John Griffin banked in a 40-foot miracle at the final buzzer, lifting the seventh-seeded Bison to an incredible 87-86 triple-overtime victory over No. 2 Navy in the Patriot League Tournament quarterfinals.
