There are some doors on campus that require special permission from department administrators or designees. This list is retained at the Card Services Office and only personnel in that office can change access privileges. These requests must be received in writing. These doors include:

• Biology Labs
• Animal Behavior Lab
• Chemistry Labs

If you believe you need access to any of these doors, please speak with your professor. Your professor will then send a request to the department administrator or designee who will then send a request for entry to the Card Services Office. Your access request will be honored within one business day of receiving the request. Requests made over the phone or from anyone other than those approved to make requests will not be honored.

There are also a number of critical infrastructure doors that require card access and require special permission to enter.
