An awareness and prevention program, S.A.F.E. provides women with information that may reduce their risk of exposure to violence and introduces them to the physical aspects of self-defense.
A program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques, R.A.D. begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and avoidance then progresses to the basics of hands-on defense training.
