Stomach virus on campus

The University’s Campus Master Plan for expansion of the University on campus and in town is still underway, despite the recent economic crisis.

Although the exact finish date is unknown, the plan includes the creation of a new quadrangle, new academic buildings, renovation of the Bertrand Library, a downtown bookstore and new University offices.

During the Jan. 23 forum dedicated to discussing the Campus Master Plan, General Counsel Wayne Bromfield said that during uncertain economic times, the University’s priority is to ensure students have the financial ability to attend the University.

“Maintaining this priority may or may not affect the funds necessary for the changes that the University wishes to make,” Bromfield said. (read more)
