Appropriations for Student Organizations
Part of BSG’s responsibility is to officially appropriate funding from the Student Activities Fee to over 120 student organizations on campus, a process conducted by the BSG Appropriations Committee. In order for a club to receive funding from BSG, it must officially be recognized by BSG each year.

Club treasurers must attend the mandatory Treasurer’s Workshop each semester with the club President. Going to this meeting will greatly simplify the process of managing your student organization’s budget.
It is essential for each student organization to submit all required materials in a timely manner. Club officers should regularly consult the Annual Procedures for Student Organizations for reminders on deadlines.
