Cost sharing is adjusted each January to reflect current staff and faculty salaries and health care premium rates.

Examples:

A  GHP participant enrolled in a two-party contract will contribute 2.9% of annual salary.  At a salary of $30,000 per year, that would be $870 per year.

An Enhanced PPO participant enrolled in  a family contract will contribute 4.8% of annual salary.  At a salary of $40,000 per year, that would be $1,920 per year.

To calculate the per pay period amout, a Support Staff participant should divide the annual amount by 26, and an Administrative or Faculty participant should divide the annual amount by 12.
