Internal Audit Charter - Defines the mission, scope, and responsibilities of the Office of Internal Audit. The charter also details the authority granted to the Office of Internal Audit by the Audit Committee of the Board of Trustees and the University President.

Audit Committee Charter - Defines the purpose, authority, composition, and responsibilities of the Audit Committee as approved by the University’s Board of Trustees.
