College of Arts & Sciences

Bucknell's College of Arts and Sciences is one of the largest and most diverse of the top-ranked national liberal arts colleges. The college provides a strong liberal arts base -- including both breadth of learning and depth of specialization -- for 3,000 arts and sciences students. In addition, the College of Arts and Sciences provides the basic mathematics, science and liberal arts courses for students in the College of Engineering. The University's Bachelor of Music degree is accredited by the National Association of Schools of Music.

The college comprises the three traditional liberal arts divisions: humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences and mathematics. More than 275 faculty members in 31 departments and interdisciplinary programs offer 47 majors and 62 minors to arts and sciences students.

School of Management

Residing within the College of Arts and Sciences, Bucknell's School of Management provides curricula leading to the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree (BSBA), with majors in management or accounting. The curriculum in accounting provides a solid foundation for students who may wish to qualify as Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) or to receive the Certificate in Management Accounting (CMA).
