New academic quadrangle discussed at forum

The new academic quadrangle was one of many subjects faculty members discussed in a recent facilities update forum. The forum was presented on Feb. 24 by Dennis W. Hawley '72, associate vice president for facilities.

The broad plan of the renovation is to transform the empty, unused land behind Fraternity Row into a new Academic Quadrangle, including two new academic buildings, Academic West and Academic East, an Arts Complex, and new and improved student housing. This includes new Greek housing and a river walk along the Susquehanna. (read more)

 

A Glimpse of Hell: Enter, but 'No Exit"

Structurally simple, but thematically intricate, the University's newest theater production will awaken your deepest fears. With a cast of only four people set in Hell, "No Exit" will be performed April 23 and 24 at 8 p.m. in Tustin Studio Theatre.

Director Sarah Kosheff '11 and adviser Anjalee Deshpande Hutchinson chose the show because of its existential philosophy relatable to people of all types. The play demonstrates how despair and judgment create obstacles in daily life by censoring our true character. (read more)
