The BSBA Curriculum = BSBA Core + Programs

Every manager needs a certain set of core skills: organizational skills to direct people's energy and talents toward a common mission, analytical skills to distill insights from a floodtide of data, and economic and financial skills to understand markets and assess an organization's health. But this is not enough. True leaders are creative, communicate well, and have sound judgment. Our core curriculum cultivates managerial skills and leadership qualities in all of our BSBA students.

The Majors

Beyond the Core, Bucknell offers four management majors to prepare students for careers in which they will meet some of today's and tomorrow's toughest challenges — the growing demand for innovative product design, the expectations of global markets, the complexities of changing accounting and financial practices, and the urgency of organizing in environmentally and socially sustainable ways.
