LEWISBURG, Pa. — Viewers from around the world may watch Bucknell University's 160th commencement ceremony, including an address by renowned pediatric neurosurgeon and philanthropist Benjamin S. Carson Sr., during a live online broadcast Sunday, May 23.
The ceremony begins at 10 a.m. and is expected to go until 1 p.m., but viewers may connect as early as 9:30 a.m. at www.bucknell.edu/CommencementLive, where the ceremony will be streamed live. The ceremony will be recorded and remain available following graduation at this same address.
Viewers must have the Windows Media Player installed on their computers to view the broadcast. Links to the current player for PCs and Macs will be included on the commencement viewing website.
Nearly 1,500 visitors viewed commencement live online last year, when Bucknell debuted live-streaming of the event.
