220. Business Law I (I and II; 4, 0; U)

Survey of the judicial system, followed by an analysis of contract law using lecture and case method. Not open to first-year students.

221. Business Law II (I; 3, 0; U)

Continuation of MGMT 220 with an analysis of the Uniform Commercial Code in the area of sales, commercial paper, and secured transactions; the law of agency and partnerships. Prerequisite: MGMT 220.
