Community-Supported Agriculture (CSAs)

CSA is a system of agricultural production and food distribution that is supported and financed by individual members who pledge monetary support, effectively assuming the role of a principal investor. Members receive the future benefits and returns from these farms in physical, consumable products.

The following CSAs practice environmental responsibility, sustainable farming practices and are accessible to local consumers. They differ in the goods they provide to their beneficiaries, but all of the food distributed to investors is locally grown domestic produce. Many local farms have initiated CSA programs to complement the activities of their primary business.
