Current authors who have had their manuscripts accepted by Bucknell University Press and are in the final stages of manuscript completion must reference the following and complete the Author Questionnaire. If you are an editor of a collection of essays, please also read the special requirements for your collection.

Bucknell University Press Formatting Standards
This document summarizes the principal and general standards of Bucknell University Press and of our publisher, Rowman and Littlefield. You will also be provided below with the Rowman & Littlefield Manuscript Prepartion Guide which provides more detailed formatting standards that can and should be consulted if any question specific to your manuscript arises.

Rowman & Littlefield Manuscript Preparation Guide
The Rowman & Littlefield Publishing Group uses the Chicago Manual of Style, 15th ed., and Merriam-Webster's Collegiate Dictionary, 11th ed., as style and spelling guides. We encourage you to do the same. If your manuscript follows a different style guide, please consult with your Bucknell University Press editor.
