Bucknell in London Fall 2011

The fall 2011 "Looking East: British Impressions of the Orient" program is open to all eligible Bucknell University students. "This interdisciplinary program will appeal to students of literature, visual art, art history, architecture, gardening history, material culture, history, politics, economics, philosophy, and environ- mental studies. Learning how the British reacted to various Asian cultures at different points in history provides us with a context for their own encounters with people from different cultures in our own diverse world."
