Address changes for current Bucknell students with a valid BANNER user ID and PIN can now be processed on-line. Go to BANNER Web

This form is to be used to report a change of address or telephone number which has previously been filed with the University.

To complete the TYPE box, chose the corresponding code listed below which identifies the type of address/phone number you wish to change.

Code -- Type of Address/Phone Number

CA -- Campus P.O. Box Address

EM -- Emergency Address

PM -- Permanent Address
