The Bucknell Press has been publishing in the arts, humanities and social sciences since 1968. They are a small press producing cutting edge scholarship in monographs and collections of essays, made with care and attention to artistic design. With the personal touch of a small organization, they work with a variety of commissioning editors, peer reviewers, editorial board members, graphic designers, and with our partners in production, the Rowman & Littlefield Publishing Group, to produce books having the global reach and critical profile characteristic of a large modern publishing house. Their books appear in hardcover, paperback, and electronic format for download to multiple handheld and computer devices.

The university press arises out of the Renaissance commitment to humanistic knowledge and textual practice. The Bucknell University Press is proud to contribute to that important and ongoing scholarly and critical enterprise.
