Dialects, Shakespeare, poetry, and performance are all topics that we are exploring this semester. Join the Department of Theatre and Dance for a series of lunchtime talks with three guest artists this fall. All events are open to the campus community and will be held in the C. Willard Smith Library in the Vaughn Literature Building.

Join Shakespeare expert, John Christian Plummer, in a talk about Mark Anderson's biography, "Shakespeare" by Another Name and the soon to be released film, Anonymous, directed by Roland Emmerich

Theatre artist and performer Laurie McCants presents a public workshop on "Embodying Poetry", an introduction to creating a gestural/aural performance vocabulary through poetry.
