Class of 1963 Gifts

All gifts made during the Reunion fiscal year (7/1/2012 – 6/30/2013), as well as the amount raised in the two prior fiscal years, will be included in the total raised by our class. Outright gifts of cash and securities, as well as planned gifts, will count at face value for Reunion and campaign commitment totals.

Types of Gifts

You can structure your gifts to meet your financial and estate-planning goals while you support Bucknell. Some plans even pay income back to you or someone you care about. Learn more about giving assets like these:

  • Cash and publicly traded securities
  • Gift plans like wills, trusts and annuities
  • Other types of property
  • Matching gifts

Future commitments count for your Reunion! Make a pledge to be paid in up to five years (first payment is due this fiscal year), and the entire amount will count toward the class Reunion giving totals.

Class of 1963 Gold Society

Please consider joining the Class of '63 Gold Society in honor of our 50th Reunion. Chaired by classmate Darryl L. Novak, this society is open to members of our class who make a one-time pledge or gift of $50,000 or more, which can be paid over one to five years (i.e., $10,000 a year until 2018). Gifts and pledges can be designated to the Annual Fund or to endowment and will count toward the Class of 1963 50th Reunion gift total.

Taking the Next Step
