Engineering Success Alliance
The Engineering Success Alliance (ESA) is an academic success program that supports students from under-resourced high schools with skills to be successful in our nationally recognized engineering program. The ESA was developed to help Bucknell provide better support services for talented students entering the College of Engineering from under-resourced high schools. ESA is part of a comprehensive effort to increase the diversity of the student population through aggressive recruiting from predominantly minority, first-generation communities.
