"I've opened for big-name acts on campus, including Chiddy Bang, Sam Adams and the Cool Kids."
"I started classical piano lessons when I was three, and in seventh grade I formed a band with some friends. We got signed and recorded an album in high school. My interest in music made me want to learn more about sound principles and speaker design - principles that relate to electrical engineering. So when I found out that I could pursue a five-year degree in engineering and music, I knew it was a perfect fit.
"When I got to campus, I began a solo career as a DJ and mash-up artist. I play for clubs and Greek organizations. I like showing everyone a good time, get them dancing.
"I've also opened for big-name acts on campus, including Chiddy Bang, Sam Adams and the Cool Kids, and I played a set after Creedence Clearwater Revisited. Outside of Bucknell, I've played shows in Webster Hall in New York City, The Middle East in Cambridge, Mass., and various small venues all over the East Coast. And I've been featured on several popular college music blogs." || More on Doug and the concert he organized to benefit families affected by the tragedy in Sandy Hook, Conn.
