Please provide the appropriate Associate Dean with the written documentation of your diagnosis (see Documentation) and discuss your needs with him or her. Do not presume that the Associate Dean is aware of your disability or has a copy of your diagnosis, even if this information was submitted at the time of your admissions application.

If you have not been diagnosed with a disability, but you suspect that you may have a problem, consult a staff member of Psychological Services or the Student Health Service. Professionals in these offices can help you to identify the various options available to you for evaluating and diagnosing a possible physical, psychological, or learning disability.
