Annual Student Reading

Each year the Annual Student Reading gathers the winners of Bucknell's two undergraduate creative writing contests for a formal reading in Bucknell Hall. The Stadler Center/West Branch Literary Prizes, judged by a recent contributor to West Branch magazine, awards first and second place cash prizes in poetry and prose. The Julia Fonville Smithson Memorial Prize, established in the memory of a Bucknell graduate who died in 1977, awards cash prizes to a winner and runner-up each in poetry, fiction, and creative nonfiction.
