Become a Career Coach
There are many ways that alumni and parents can contribute to the future career success of Bucknell University students and alumni. The Career Development Center's CareerConnections program involves Bucknell alumni and parents of Bucknell students in a variety of ways – from career exploration and decision making to applying for internships and jobs and making networking contacts. Your volunteer effort can make a significant difference in a fellow Bucknellian's life.
- BisonConnect – Talk to students about your career path. Share knowledge and experience with those who are interested in your industry or organization.
- Career Education program – Serve as a panelist or keynote speaker to facilitate job search and career conversations at Bucknell.
- Career Networking Events – Help to facilitate conversations on a wide variety of industries and participate in industry- or geographic-focused networking programs and career panels on and off campus.
- Bucknell Public Interest Program – Provide information, internships or full-time opportunities for those interested in a non-profit career.
- Employment Leads – Offer summer internships or full-time opportunities to Bucknell students.
