Emotional Wellbeing
If you're dealing with a personal dilemma, big changes in life, or a tough professional situation, you can turn to these resources for advice and support:
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Staff and faculty members – and members of their households – can call 1-866-252-4468 (24hrs) or go to www.mylifevalues.com for help in resolving difficulties issues.
Receive confidential assistance with personal concerns, including marital, family, teen, or financial difficulties, stress, elder care, literacy, and legal issues. Masters-level trained counselors help callers develop action plans for dealing with problems.
Our EAP also offers free weekly webinars on a variety of topics such as communication, stress management, coping skills, parenting, relationships, healthy living and more. Each webinar is an hour, which includes the presentation and question and answer period.
