LEWISBURG, Pa. — The Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Bucknell University will offer the workshop, "Leading for Change," Thursday, Oct. 18, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the SBDC Education Center, Room 308 of the DeWitt Building at 416 Market Street in Lewisburg.
Rhonda Campbell, founder and owner of Rhonda Campbell Consulting Solutions, will lead the workshop, discussing how to implement change, determine the right focus for change, understand change resistance and what really matters when implementing change, recognize the role of communications and embrace the importance of understanding perception and perspective.
Campbell has more than 25 years of communication experience in training, coaching and management.
Registration for this workshop is $50; registration is required as seating is limited.
