Visiting Professor Sarah Surber dishes up a dynamic contemporary ballet work while Professor Kelly Knox investigates motion in the form of breath and stillness. Inspired by the paintings of Edward Hopper with writing by Joseph Scapellato, Professor Dustyn Martincich's Lone Windows explores characters isolated in mid-motion, caught in thought. We're importing the exhilarating guest artist Jon Lehrer of Lehrer Dance to engage the stage with a sultry jazz work, and the fresh talents of student choreographers Kourtney Ginn '12 and Anna Loveys '13 will be showcased individual expression.
