WHAT TO INCLUDE IN A FIRST AID KIT 

• Adhesive bandages, assorted sizes

• Dressing tape (1" wide)

• Antacid

• Antiseptic wipes

• Cough drops

• Cold pack

• Cotton balls

• Cotton-tipped swabs

• Disposable hand wipes

• Elastic bandage (3" wide)

• Gauze pads

• Pain-relief medicine, such as actaminophen or ibuprofen (NOT aspirin) 

• Thermometer
