A physician is on call at all times when the Student Health Service is open during the academic year. Physicians and nurses do not make house calls in the residence halls. The student is at liberty to consult a local or hometown physician for diagnosis or treatment at his/her own expense. When necessary, students will be referred to consultants in specialty areas for further evaluation.
