Susan Little Lantz has been Bucknell's dean of students since April 2011. As the chief student affairs officer at Bucknell, Lantz oversees the office responsible for a range of student-life matters, including new student orientation, residence halls and off-campus living, campus activities and organization, fraternity and sorority affairs, student government, religious life, multicultural interests, student leadership and wellness services, among other areas of student life.

As a member of Bucknel's Provost Council, Lantz works closely with the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences and the Dean of Engineering. She is also a member of the President's Operations Management Group. Prior to joining Bucknell's campus, Lantz was at Lehigh University for fifteen years, most recently on the dean of students leadership team as the associate dean of students. Among many professional interests, she has a strong interest in education around sexual violence issues. Lantz previously served as director of student programs and as director of Greek life and off-campus housing at Millersville University from 1991 to 1996.

Lantz received her bachelor's degree in English from Dickinson College and her master's in higher education and student affairs from Bowling Green State University.
