Karen T. Marosi is an Associate Dean of Engineering and the Executive Director of the Engineering Success Alliance. She received her B.S. degree in Civil Engineering magna cum laude from Lafayette College and her M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Civil Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. Dr. Marosi joined the faculty at Bucknell as a visiting professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering in 1999. She began her position as Associate Dean of Engineering in summer 2000.

Dr. Marosi's responsibilities as associate dean have led her to develop expertise in the areas of academic policy, academic advising, assessment, curriculum development, grants administration and retention. She is particularly interested in promoting the success and degree attainment in engineering of students from historically underrepresented groups.
