All events using university facilities must be scheduled through the proper scheduling office. Please ask about major events and conflicts when scheduling.
The R.I.C.S. office hours are as follows:
Mon-Fri: - 8:30 am to 12:00 noon - 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm
Summer Hours:
Mon-Fri: - 8 am to 12 noon - 1 pm to 4 pm
