1. Faculty/Staff Lounge can be scheduled only after 5pm on weekdays and all day on weekends.

2. Reservations can usually be made only two weeks at a time for space normally used as a dining space over the lunch hour.

3. The Terrace Room can only be scheduled after 3pm weekdays.

4. To preserve the integrity of the President's dining room (ELC 233), it will primarily be scheduled for administrative, faculty, and staff events. Student events are scheduled at the discretion of the schedulers.
