News and Announcements: April 2008 - Congrats to four chemists inducted into Phi Beta Kappa this year: Bryan Bzdek, Adam Catherman, Nicole Cohen, and Nate Contrella. April 2008 - Congrats to Bryan Bzdek (B.S. '08) who received a student travel award from the Clay Minerals Society to present his research at the 235th national meeting of the American Chemical Society in New Orleans. At the meeting, Bryan was recognized by the Division of Geochemistry for having one of the "Top Undergraduate Posters." February 2008 - Open positions in the chemistry department announced. January 2008 - The new NSF-funded atomic force microscope is installed and students and faculty are taking data. Congratutaions to Prof. Molly McGuire, the PI on the grant and co-PIs Prof. Tim Raymond and Prof. Erin Jablonski. January 2008 - STUDENTS : summer research approaching fast - this is a good time to contact professors and fill out applications.
