All groups using Bucknell's facilities must agree to accept responsibility for injury to person or property resulting there from and file a certificate of liability insurance clearly indicating that the coverage extends to the use of this facility on the time(s) and dates(s) of scheduled event. The University requires a minimum limit of $5,000,000 per occurrence for public liability. Further, it is required that Bucknell University will be named as additional insured. This policy will be primary to any other coverage. Satisfactory proof of insurance must be provided to the office of Events Management no later than two weeks prior to the scheduled event.
