Collective Bargaining Agreement
The collective bargaining agreement may deal with furlough or disciplinary suspension. Section 11-1133 of the School Code specifically states: "Nothing in sections 1121 through 1132 shall be construed to supercede or preempt a provision of a collective bargaining agreement...."
