Clearance Forms:

If you are registered for a class that has a practicum component in which you work in a local school as a tutor, observer, or student teacher, you need to obtain the following 3 clearances before you start your work in local schools.

1) Federal Criminal History (ACT 114)
2) PA Child Abuse History (ACT 151)
3) PA Criminal History (ACT 34)

INSTRUCTIONS & FORMS for all 3 clearances

You will not receive a field placement until your clearances are on file in the Education department office.

Student Teaching Application:

Application for Student teaching during the 2009-2010 academic year is due December 18, 2008. Please contact the department assistant (570) 577-1324 if you have questions.

Pennsylvania Certification:

Application for PA Certification This application should be completed at the end of your coursework at Bucknell. Please read all instructions carefully before completing the forms and use the checklist provided.
