Our mission of the Events Management Office is to provide high quality services in event management, scheduling and transportation, and to provide a general information center to the University.

The office actively promotes the use of University venues to outside groups and organizations, providing high quality conferencing services, utilizing Bucknell's facilities and service departments efficiently and to the greatest extent possible.


Our switchboard serves as the first level of support of the telephone system and other informational services.

Alumni & Summer Guest Program

Bucknell West air-conditioned apartments are available from the first weekend after Reunion through approximately Aug. 1.

Apartments can sleep four people. Bed linens, pillows, and a minimal supply of dishes and pans are available. Smoking and pets are prohibited.

University departments and employees may also take advantage of the accommodations.

Rooke Chapel and Bucknell Hall are available to rent for weddings. Dates are contingent on the University's calendar. 

Receptions, Banquets & Other Special Occasions

The Terrace Room, Larison Dining Hall and some smaller rooms are made available for receptions, contingent on the University's calendar.
