Student Mail Services Location

The Student Mail Services counter and mailboxes are located on the ground floor of the Elaine Langone Center.

Addressing Mail to Students

In order to ensure that external mail and packages reach their intended recipient, please use the following addressing standards:

Student Name
Bucknell University
701 Moore Avenue C###
Lewisburg, PA 17837

There should be no space between the "C" and the number following it. The number that follows the "C" is the student mail box number.

Package Pickup

Students receive an email notification to their Bucknell email account when a package is ready for pick-up at Student Mail Services.

To pick up a package, students must bring their Bucknell ID card and the e-mail notification(s) which contains the package tracking number(s) to Student Mail Services. Note that a separate e-mail will be sent for each package that is shipped to a student, so it is important to bring ALL tracking numbers to Student Mail Services on the ground floor of the Elaine Langone Center.

Express mail (overnight or two day) and perishable packages not picked up during open hours will be taken to the switchboard located on the second floor of the Langone Center at the end of each business day. You may then pick up your express package there. The switchboard will notify you by email when they have a package for you to pick up there.

If you have any questions, please contact Student Mail Services at 570.577.3256 or studentmail@bucknell.edu.

Stamps

Stamps are available for purchase at the LC Post Office in the student hearth space.

Mail Box Combinations

Students can look up their mailbox combinations in myBucknell.

Flowers and Balloons

We do not accept flowers or balloons through campus mail.

Student Box Stuffings

Student mail box stuffings are unaddressed mailings generally used to publicize the emergency/priority needs of academic and administrative departments. Box stuffings are available as a means of publicity for any student group including Bucknell Student Government and its constituencies.

Events with alcohol or publicity including any alcohol related designs will not be box stuffed. Final approval is at the discretion of Publications, Print & Mail, and Student Mail Services. Please review the policy and submit the appropriate form.

Any student mailing that is not a box stuffing must be addressed, including the student name and box number, and must be supplied to Student Mail Services sorted in student box order.
