Patrons requiring accommodations or services for Weis Center performances may call 570-577-1000.  Please be sure to inform the Box Office staff of any needs you may have when purchasing tickets so that we may make appropriate accommodations. We will accommodate patrons to the best of our ability, based on availability of the hall at the time of your ticket purchase.

The Weis Center ground floor is fully accessible; however there is no elevator to the balcony level, so it is not accessible. Our apologies for this inconvenience. Our trained staff is available during events to assist patrons in finding their seats safely and comfortably.


A headphone system of assistance for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing is available upon request. The headphone system is a type of wireless transmitter which helps the individual better understand speech and sound in situations where it might be difficult. To reserve one for a Weis Center performance, please call 570-577-3720 at least 2 days prior to the performance.

Large Print Programs

Large print programs are available for most Weis Center performances. To make this request, patrons should call 570-577-3727 at least 3 business days prior to a performance.
