Director, Women's Resource Center

Kelsey Hicks joined Bucknell as director of the Women's Resource Center in 2017. In this role, she is a key member of the Intercultural, Equity and Advocacy Team and the Division of Student Affairs.

Prior to her time at Bucknell, Hicks served as a program coordinator at Texas Woman's University in Denton, Texas. Other recent positions include residence director and program coordinator at the College of Wooster, and case manager with the State of Tennessee Department of Children's Services. She has also worked with My Sister's House in Atlanta, Ga.

Hicks is passionate about helping women and girls, inspired by her own experiences growing up with Girls Inc.

Hicks holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from the University of Tennessee and a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Mercer University.
