Adam Rosinski was tired of the one-size-fits-all service, impersonal customer relationships, and lack of customer contact at large franchise pharmacies. He came to the SBDC for help in financial planning to open his own pharmacy that would accommodate individual customer needs.
Less than a year after his initial meeting with the consultants at the SBDC, he is the proud owner of an independent pharmacy in Milton. The personal touch, specialized care, and personal customer relationships help to set his business apart from the competition
